The student came to his teacher’s house as he was ordered before, but all he saw is only some salt fish. The teacher did not tell the answer directly, yet he wanted him to come at the night for having dinner together. The student asked to the teacher, “how can I dream about prophet Muhammad pbuh? I want to meet him”. I have read a book which told a story about a young student and a master teacher. Now, we get one step to love our prophet. Moreover, this word will make our heart becomes softer and more sensitive with the social environment because we feel and we think that we want to share our love everywhere to everyone. Let us say together “Shallallaahu alaa Muhammad”, not only once, but many times, as many as possible. This way can be a good start to bring us deeply love Muhammad saw. It means that we beg our God to always bestow much big praises and goodness to our prophet, Muhammad saw.

Shalawat is a positive word for commending Muhammad saw. We can learn to love our prophet by saying shalawat and apply it every time. This case brings us to the question, “Do we really love Muhammad pbuh?” or “Are we a liar people?” If he admits that he loves the heaven but never be obedient to Allah, so he is a liar. If he confesses that he loves His messenger, but he does not love the fakir and the poor, he is a liar. Imam al-Ghazali in the book of Ihya Ulumuddin explained that if someone said that he loves Allah swt but does not love His messenger, he is a liar. If we love Muhammad pbuh, our prophet, we will be very happy and peaceful when we mention his name. If it becomes more and more powerful, our tongue will never stop to commend him every time. There is no happier moment in our heart than thinking about him and represent his kindness all the time. When we hear the name of someone we love, we can feel that our heart is shaking. Do we have the same feeling as those boys to our prophet?Ī classical muslim psychologist, Ibn Qayyim explained that love can be marked by an active attention and interest to someone we love and there is a bliss when his name is called. In fact, by understanding this story, we can learn about love, about feeling, and what I want to tell more is to love our prophet Muhammad pbuh. In order that, this young boy kissed the wall of palace everyday and people started to say he became crazy.įrom the story, we can conclude that people can be very crazy if they fall in love because they may do anything stupid without thinking clearly. He could not enter the building because he was only an ordinary people, and in the opposite, Layla was a beautiful princess. His love was blocked by the palace building. In Arab, Layla’s lover was called with Majnun, because when he loves Layla, he could not meet Layla freely. In the other hands, most of us know the legend story about Layla Majnun.

He was very shocked because finally he really understood that he swallowed the pedicab driver’s drool. How very startled the boy knew the news and did not believe that he had done a stupid thing.
HIKMAH SELAWAT NABI DRIVER
Unfortunately, the girl said that at the time she wrote the letter, she asked a pedicab driver to adhere the stamp and brought it to the post office to be sent for the boy. After the couples of days later, he got the response letter again. So he thought by this way, the trace of the girl’s drool in the stamp would become one within his body and soul.Īfter that, the boy replied the girl’s letter and said that he swallowed the postage stamp and explained his purpose why did he do that. Then, he directly plucked out the postage stamp and swallowed it because he presumed that it might be clung with the girl’s drool. He was so happy to know that this girlfriend had the same feeling with him. Someday, he got a letter from his girlfriend, he read it. Once upon a time in Java Island, there was a young man who fell in love with a young girl. Ali Maksum (RIP), a supervisor and a guardian from Pesantren Krapyak, Jogja. This story was coming from my teacher, KH. Before that, let me tell a little story about a man and a woman who loves each other. In this opportunity, I would like to share a story about a student and a teacher in a moment.
